Which teams are available? I'm an experienced GM from D720 Really good guy and GM and really knows his basketball IQ Appreciate that--who are you in D720? KG? If it pleases the court, I'd like to take the Bulls. In D720 I've been working diligently to build a team around SGA. I'm particularly sad that that league is coming to an end, as I would be looking at a top draft pick and two max cap slots to pair with SGA and Brogdon, but SGA and Ayton is nothing to shake a stick at. In terms of trades, all things will be on the table short of sending away SGA. He has stolen my heart and I will never let go--feels apt to be able to build around him in another league. |

Whats up fellas, I am an assistant from d5 and found this link. After I got tired of waiting for a team over there I figured I’d give Xeries a shot. Currently interested in the Warriors if they are still available.

I'm the longest tenured GM from D720, the D5 spinoff. I've had tanking years and competitive, contending years (the Chris Bosh blood clot fucked me over). I believe in gaining value, wherever and whenever possible. Sometimes I've even sold draft picks on draft day for good vets, only to flip those vets later on for better draft assets. I'm inclined to pivot a lot based on how players and the real life NBA landscape evolve, and the general market. Where I've really thrived, historically, is by anticipating guys who are ready to pop/about to get better opportunities, acquiring them at a discount, and then selling them for pieces later. I was early on Dillon Brooks, Kyle Kuzma, Malcolm Brogdon, Jerami Grant, and some others. I really believe the best thing you can do as a dynasty league GM is be on the pulse enough of the real league to make fringe-of-the-league moves that become mid-tier moves that hopefully build to something larger. It's not so much that I'm always committed to the same direction, as much as it is that I'm open-minded and bold enough to continue turning pennies into nickels. If there's anything that I think is a testament to my ability as a GM, I think it's my D720 team's position right now. Lead by SGA, Brogdon, Haliburton--with Maxey and Vassell on the roster as well, with some others, poised to have a top draft pick and two max slots in free agency to fill in the rest of the roster. I've always been an active GM, often being a trade committee member, and making lots of trades every season--especially on draft day. I think at the end of the day, whatever my faults are as a GM (I absolutely make mistakes) I make up for them in activity. And, I think the Bulls are a particularly good fit for me. While I'm not sure if it's a lottery year for them or a playoff push next (that will depend on what the market offers) --SGA, I genuinely believe is a perennial all-star/all-nba talent. I could talk about him indefinitely, but he's a guy to build a team around. In my mind, he's in the highest tier of young players--with Jayson Tatum, Ja Morant, Zion, ECT. If y'all approve me as a GM, you can be sure that no matter which direction I go in terms of contending or rebuilding--it is Shai centric, and will be guided around how to get a dynasty level team around him. That's not to underplay Ayton being on the Bulls--Ayton is great. He's a huge deal, and a great partner for Shai--for me, he's not untouchable as much as I suspect that the case will be there's not more value to get for him than what he provides, especially bc he's a good partner for Shai. I'm not sure what else you'd want me to share.. I'm a team player, I'm very active, I make mistakes but I think in the league I've been participating in for six years, I'm regarded as one of the "better" GMs. That's not a brag as much as it's a resume... Activity got low, commissioner retired, doesn't seem to be a clear line of succession and the way folks have responded to the news implies that it's pretty likely the league will just stop |

Recently, some toxics here were removed and currently enjoying the good governance of this league. Much as possible, we must fill all teams without GMs. Can we ask your cooperation to encourage joining or rejoining in our league as we are looking more excitement? |

Yeah so I’m a younger guy that found d5 on the internet and decided that instead of waiting for a team the long way , I would pick up an assistant position for the time being and hopefully take the next available team when the time had come. As a d5 assistant I was mainly involved with asking around for trades and was sort of a messenger when it came to all kinds of league discussion. With this being said I was really running half of the team because the gm I was working under wanted to make sure every decision was made between the two of us. So I’ve got most knowledge from that league and some more from other smaller leagues. As a gm I feel that my strongest ability is scouting. I’m huge on following all the prospects during the off-season for basketball and football. Now when it comes t choosing the Warriors it was decided on their youth. They’ve got some really decent young guys and a small amount of draft capitol to work with next year, looming this seasons free agency of course. The plan with the Warriors is to build around their young stars and hopefully get a good enough frontcourt for them to win some games and get out of the lottery in future years. |

I had signed up as penny on January 1st 20201 but no big deal but I also never got a alert or notification that there was a open team till the league I was in is now ended in D720 and git sent a link by a gm to check it out and guess I already did a while back
Competitive gm, won a title in d720 and always active and also in another league where we just lost in finals 4-2 with the Cavs but I run 2 teams and my 2nd team has been top team of east in consecutive seasons and always in play offs with both teams.
