Just want to clarify, Bird Rights can be traded, can't they? If yes, has anyone kept track of which teams have the BR of which players?

No. Bird Rights - three years under one team.
Easy, look at the Salary & Draft Rights Page, Season 1-3, if the player is under one team, the team has his BR this offseason. Instruction to follow once we hit offseason.
